I analyzed our situation. If I destroy the key to your chastity belt, I can no longer threaten you with its destruction. If I grant you release, I can lock you up again, but it will take time until you are horny enough again to do everything I command. So my power is maximized if I never destroy your key and never use it either, but always have both options available.
