The Wrong Key

Wondering what happened? See, the key I “accidentally” left on my desk fits the lock on your chastity cage, but it doesn’t unlock your cage, it unsheathes hidden spikes inside the tube of your cage. I guess when you found the key, you should have resisted the temptation to use it.
No, I can’t disarm those spikes. Trying to deceive me and using this other key was a really bad idea, since it disabled the lock of your chastity cage. Now I can never unlock you again. I hope you learned your lesson.
