It's one of those half-Maledom/malesub and half-Femdom/malesub stories where a man (or in this case a former man, portrait by a woman) is the slave of another man, but since he's been transformed and sold by a woman, there's still some residual rest of Femdomness present that justifies the inclusion of said label.
